Try to diagnose the case on the basis of echocardiography clips shown in the start of the video. Spot diagnosis is given in the second half of video with recap of echo clip so you can relate it well.

Echocardiography Case 2: FINDINGS & DIAGNOSIS:
Apical four chamber view is showing a dilated Right ventricle with reduced systolic function, subsequent parasternal long axis and short axis confirm these findings which are most consistent with Arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia or cardiomyopathy (ARVD/C), tissue characterization of wall is required to confirm the diagnosis along with other criteria.
Arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia / cardiomyopathy (ARVD/C) is a rare familial disorder that may cause ventricular tachycardia and sudden cardiac death in young, apparently healthy individuals. The clinical hallmark of the disease is ventricular arrhythmias (VA), arising predominantly from the right ventricle (RV). Task Force Major and minor criteria are used to diagnose it.
